Is HVAC Blast a good fit for your company?
I'm picky about who I work with... and that's good news for the shops I do take on.
What this plan is built to do
HVAC Blast gives your company its best shot at showing up when people nearby search for heating and cooling help. That means the Google map pack (those top three businesses on the map), Google's AI Overviews, and the answers people get from AI tools like ChatGPT. I can't promise anybody the #1 spot. Nobody honestly can. But I can put every piece in place that gives you the best possible chance.
It works for shops at both ends of the road. Maybe you've been in business for decades and your phone just isn't ringing like it used to. Or maybe you're brand new... one man and a van, ready to build something. Either way, if you need a boost in your marketing and visibility, this was built for you.
You're a great fit if:
- You run a small or growing HVAC company, from one van to about ten trucks.
- You serve a town, city or suburb of 100,000 people or fewer.
- Your Google Business Profile is verified.
- Your Google rating is 4.7 stars or higher. Brand new with zero reviews, or just a handful? That's fine. We'll look at the whole picture and start building more.
- You care about happy customers and you're ready to grow.
Probably not a fit if:
- Your profile has a lot of bad reviews. My marketing system makes a business more visible, and I only want to make good businesses more visible.
- Your town already has an HVAC Blast client. I take one HVAC company per market.
Why your location matters so much to Google
Think about the last time you searched for tacos. Google showed you the taco places closest to where you were standing, right?
Google treats home service businesses the same way. Even though your techs drive to the customer's house, and nobody's ever going to visit your shop, Google still looks hard at where your business is located. It tends to show the companies closest to the person searching.
That's why a hidden address can make ranking tougher. If you have a real shop with signage where customers are welcome to stop by, showing that address helps. But if you work from home and customers never come by your location, Google requires your address to stay hidden. That's okay... we'll work within Google's rules. Just know that with a hidden address, or no address at all on your Google Business Profile, it takes a lot more time and effort to show up in the map results.

Questions HVAC owners ask
Who is this for?
Small and growing HVAC companies serving a town, city or suburb with 100,000 people or fewer. That covers everything from a brand new, one-man-and-a-van startup to a long-established shop with ten trucks that needs a boost. It's built for owners who'd rather be running jobs than running marketing. You'll also need a verified Google Business Profile with a 4.7 star rating or higher. New with zero or just a few reviews? That's fine. See the full fit checklist.
Do you work with my competitors?
No. I take one HVAC company per market. Once your town is spoken for, it's spoken for.
What does it cost?
The Local Visibility Package is $497 a month. Google Ads management is an optional add-on for $397 a month, a discounted rate only available with the package. Your ad spend goes straight to Google and is separate.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Nope. No contracts. It's month to month, prepaid at the start of each 30-day period. I always tell people... we're not getting married here. We're not even dating. My goal is for this to bring in way more new business than it costs, so it's the best investment you make each month. If something changes and you want to stop, no trouble and no hard feelings. Life happens. There's no 30-day notice required, you can end any time. We just don't refund the rest of a month that's already started. And give it a fair shot: allow about 90 days for Google and other search tools to start seeing the new work. Within 6 months, the work builds up and should be a big improvement over where you started.
Do I have to get a new website?
Nope. If you like your current website, we'll optimize it. If you don't have one, or it's holding you back, we'll design one for your business and your market.
How much of my time does this take?
Very little. Send job photos and short videos when you have them, and give me a heads up on anything new. I handle the rest.
How will I know it's working?
You'll get a weekly email showing what was done, and a monthly report with local ranking maps and the calls, website clicks and direction requests your Google profile brought in.
Who's actually doing the work?
Me, Todd Hayes, with a small team of specialists and an AI-powered system that keeps everything on schedule. I've been doing online marketing since the late 1990s and running Google Ads since AdWords launched in 2000. You can read more about me on the About page.
